“Support for HIV/AIDS Prevention, Treatment and Care for Most Vulnerable Populations in Ukraine” 2007- 2011

Supported by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Round Six)

The overall goal of this program is to reduce HIV transmission and HIV-related morbidity and mortality in Ukraine through interventions focused at most at-risk populations.

Objectives

To scale up comprehensive HIV care and treatment and ensure equitable access for IDUs and other vulnerable populations

To expand access to comprehensive adherence counselling, psychological and social support and care for PLWH

To create a supportive environment for a sustainable and sufficient response to HIV/AIDS in Ukraine (advocacy)
